Job Description
We are looking for an expert developer to build a production-grade AI chatbot (RAG) integrated into:
1. a municipal website (embedded web chat widget), and
2. WhatsApp using WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API (webhooks, templates, session rules).
Key requirements
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): the bot must answer using official public websites as knowledge sources (goal: 9 websites total).
• Daily re-indexing / updates (sitemap/RSS/incremental crawling).
• EU cloud hosting (data residency in Europe) with high availability, scalability, monitoring and backups.
• The customer will not provide servers; infrastructure is included in the solution.
• The service must be delivered without charging per query to the customer, so we need cost-efficient architecture (short answers + links, caching, hybrid search, etc.).
• Admin/analytics dashboard: crawl status, source management, conversation analytics (users, conversations,...
