Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly autonomous SENIOR DEVELOPER with strong architectural skills and a problem-solver mindset to lead high-level creative and technical web projects.

Core Technical Skills

• Modern Javascript Frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte, etc.): Ability to navigate between different ecosystems and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, backed by a solid foundation in vanilla JS environments.
• Web-based 3D Rendering (Native WebGL/WebGPU, Three.js, Babylon.js, or alternatives): Deep understanding of real-time rendering fundamentals.
• Advanced Animation (GSAP, Framer Motion, or custom programmatic motion design): Mastery of timing, easing, and performance optimization.
• Frontend Architecture: Proficiency in design patterns, state management, and scalable code architecture.
• Backend Architecture: Experience with headless CMS platforms and complex data structures.
• Backend Integration: REST/GraphQL APIs, asynchronous handling, and microservices.
• Advanced Git Workflow: Branching/release strategies, conflict resolution, and code review practices.

Strategic Competencies

• Problem Solving & Abstraction: Applying abstract thinking to solve complex technical challenges while ensuring maintainability.
• Systems Design: Designing reusable modules, patterns, and internal tooling.
• Technical Specification: Drafting complete technical specs for complex projects.
• R&D: Researching and evaluating emerging technologies—knowing how to choose the right tool for the job.

• Architecting and implementing technically complex projects.
• Collaborating directly with creative departments to develop innovative solutions.
• Taking full ownership of technical decisions within a project.
• Providing technical support and contributing to the growth of the internal team.

Decision-Making Autonomy

• Accountability for timelines, development estimates, and quality standards.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams without the need for constant supervision.

Nice to Have

• Background in creative coding or interactive installations.
• Deep knowledge of Vue 3 and its ecosystem.
• Open source contributions or significant personal projects.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Vercel).
• Experience with WebXR/AR development (8thwall, WebXR API, or equivalent frameworks).
• Experience with PWAs and Service Workers.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience using AI tools.
• Experience with SSR frameworks (Nuxt, Next.js, etc.).
• Previous experience in creative agencies or tech boutiques.
