Senior Developer for GenAI with IRS MBI Clearance

This is a remote position. Job Title: Senior Developer for GenAI Location: Remote Duration: Full-Time Clearance: IRS MBI Required A Senior Developer for GenAI designs, develops, and implements generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and related technologies. Key responsibilities include: Building and optimizing AI-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools Developing prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning models for specific use cases Integrating LLMs with existing systems through APIs and microservices Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for knowledge-based applications Writing clean, maintainable code in Python and other relevant languages Ensuring responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and safety guardrails Staying current with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies and best practices Required skills: Strong programming background, experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
