Key Responsibilities
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Conduct requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and UAT sessions.
• Assist in ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance guidelines.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
