Ensure the implementation of the department's strategic vision through the management of information systems/software that support business processes;
Ensure the implementation and management of information systems, contributing to all stages of the architecture evolution roadmap and ensuring quality and compliance with requirements;
Ensure the maintenance of systems and solutions, managing their operation with continuous improvement of performance KPIs, mitigating risks, and maximizing security;
Manage and coordinate the work of the development team, whether internal or outsourced, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, project deadlines, and solution quality;
Ensure process documentation in order to guarantee knowledge management of systems and solutions within the Organization;
