A Higher Education client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Developer to join a small, collaborative development team that manages several mission-critical applications for the School while driving modernization and new development initiatives. This role will primarily focus on modernizing and migrating legacy PHP applications to Ruby on Rails within an AWS environment, leveraging modern tools such as development containers. Approximately 75% of the work will center on this migration effort, while the remaining time will involve supporting existing systems built on ASP.NET with a SQL Server backend.
