On behalf of our key client, a major player in the video, streaming, and gaming industry, we are seeking for a Senior Developer Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud).
Type: Contract, per-project.
Location: Remote - within LATAM time zones (GMT-3 to GMT-5).
Availability: Contractor (40 hours per week).
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic project for a global industry leader. You will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and optimizing our client's Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), directly impacting their customer engagement and sales operations. This is a contract, full-time remote position ideal for a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Cloud:
- Custom Development: Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Sales Cloud Configuration: Customize lead and opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models and relationships.
- Security & Compliance: Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Automation: Create advanced flows and approval processes to streamline business operations.
- Integration: Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability and efficiency of custom code and configurations.
Marketing Cloud:
- Email Campaign Execution: Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder.
- Audience Segmentation: Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate targeting.
- Automation & Journeys: Configure automated workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations for email marketing.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- HTML/CSS and AMPscript for email design and personalization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to create technical specification documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
