Job Description

On behalf of our key client, a major player in the video, streaming and gaming industry, we are seeking for a Senior Developer Salesforce (CRM Analytics, Sales Cloud).

Type: Contract, per-project.

Location: Remote - within LATAM time zones (GMT-3 to GMT-5)

Availability: Contractor (40 hours per week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join a project for a global leader in entertainment. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Sales Cloud . The ideal candidate is a technical expert who can design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making and optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Development & Configuration:
    • Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
    • Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Design and implement complex data models and relationships.
    • Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure security and compliance.
    • Create advanced flows and automate business processes without code.
  • Integration & Deployment:
    • Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
    • Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
    • Perform unit testing and ensure scalability and performance optimization of custom code.
  • Analytics & Insights (CRM Analytics Focus):
    • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
    • Create predictive models and define KPIs to monitor business performance.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
    • Integrate Salesforce data with external sources and manage ETL processes.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics environments.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Produce technical documentation and maintain best practices.

Required Skill Set:

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) , including dataflows, recipes, and SAQL.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and external data integration.
  • Knowledge of dynamic forms, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
