Senior Development Engineer

Seram Coatings AS is a young company with great growth potential. The company is based on a unique patented invention, which makes it possible to use silicon carbide in thermal spraying. Our product is a thermal spray powder with brand name ThermaSiC which produces a protective coatings for a variety of industrial applications. The customers are Norwegian and international companies who use thermal spraying in multiple industries.

At Herøya Industrial Park in Porsgrunn, the company has a pilot line for ThermaSiC production that is now being designed for expansion to a full production line. Administration and sales, and the R&D department are co-located with production. The company has an international team of 15 highly qualified employees. The company has a state-of-the-art thermal spray booth used actively in product development and customer support.
