Senior Development Manager (VIC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Development Director, this permanent full time role is responsible for managing the redevelopment of the former Kingswood Golf Course in Dingley Village into a vibrant new residential community. This role requires proficiency in planning, design and delivery with a strong focus on built form and landscaping. The role will require strong stakeholder relationship management (both internal and external) to achieve successful project delivery outcomes and will utilise your well‑developed project management skills to ensure successful delivery of the development.
