Senior DevOps Engineer

MCS Group is working with a global leader in the FinTech industry as part of an exciting expansion project. They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, with experience in Python and AWS, to help build out their operations in Belfast. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. You'll play a key role in automating deployments, enhancing observability, and enabling high-performance development practices. Key Responsibilities Build and manage AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (Python). Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Support deployment and integration alongside engineering and QA teams. Implement observability with tools like OpenTelemetry and the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
