Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Senior DevOps Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for designing, automating, and operating reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. Works under an Architect/Lead to deliver secure, scalable DevOps and SRE solutions, reduce operational toil, and meet SLA and compliance goals while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven/ANT, Git).
Automate cloud and on-prem infrastructure using IaC (CloudFormation/ARM/Ansible/Terraform).
Manage containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/ECS).
Handle incident response, on-call support, and post-mortems (PagerDuty).
Remediate security & compliance findings (Qualys, SentinelOne, Wiz).
Implement monitoring & observability (ELK, Splunk, DataDog).
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and perform code reviews.
Work in Agile/SAFe teams and provide stakeholder status updates.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in DevOps/SRE
AWS/Azure/GCP cloud experience
Strong scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, Nexus/Artifactory
Kubernetes, Docker
