Join as a Senior DevOps Lead Engineer, where you’ll oversee the technical direction of our DevOps practices. With your expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques, cloud architecture, and system automation, you’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers in delivering scalable and resilient infrastructure and set high standards for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall DevOps strategy, aligning it with the organization’s goals and technological advancements.
• Supervise and guide teams in managing scalable, secure cloud environments and advanced CI/CD workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into software development and operations.
• Lead in the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in DevOps practices.
• Oversee security policies and risk management strategies in all DevOps activities.
• Mentor and train team members in advanced DevOps techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with DevOps.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client’s requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
