Senior DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud Security | Berlin

We are supporting our client, implementing tech for good, in their search for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen cloud security and drive secure-by-design infrastructure. This role focuses on security automation and proactive risk management within a cloud-native environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate security into every stage of the development lifecycle.

  • Implement solutions to enhance cloud security.

  • Automate security processes, including vulnerability scanning and compliance monitoring.

  • Secure infrastructure in an AWS environment.

  • Collaborate with teams to define and enforce security policies and best practices.

  • Continuously improve security strategies, backups, and high-availability solutions.

  • Ensure security automation within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud security.

  • Strong DevSecOps mindset, integrating security into developer workflows.

  • Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS preferred).

  • Familiarity with security automation tools.

  • Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes & Terraform.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
