The primary objective of the Application Security/DevSecOps Senior Specialist in Maya is to identify the most high‑value projects for his team and keep them focused. The role holds the responsibility of identifying impediments and roadblocks to ensure the success of the team. The person in this role is expected to be a subject‑matter expert in his domain and provide technical guidance to the team. By embracing the DevSecOps culture, the Senior Specialist is expected to contribute to introducing security as code, promoting the shift left strategy, leveraging automation for resilience, testing, detection, and audit, and breaking security constraints.
