About the Role


SFJ Business Solutions is a fast-growing leader in the E-Learning industry, committed to transforming education through technology and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable business outcomes across multiple online channels.


In this strategic role, you will own end-to-end digital marketing initiatives—from planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale demand generation, increase user acquisition, and maximize ROI across paid, organic, and owned media channels.


This position is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing leader who combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced market.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.


Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring high-quality execution across campaigns and channels.


Manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.


Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.


Collaborate with product, sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and funnel alignment.


Oversee the creation and optimization of digital assets such as landing pages, ad creatives, email flows, and website content.


Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.


Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in the E-Learning and EdTech space.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.


Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within the E-Learning, EdTech, SaaS, or online education industry.


Strong leadership and people management skills with experience guiding and scaling marketing teams.


Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance optimization.


Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.


Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective growth strategies.


Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
