Our HeRo team supports Hellmann's entire land transport organization in its digital transformation.
For our digital product Road Core, we are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner (m/f/d) who will play a key role in driving the success of our product development.

Location: Remote first, Osnabrück, Hamburg | Reference no.: OF | Employment type: permanent

Occasional presence at the Osnabrück and Hamburg locations may be required.
» Your responsibilities: 

You have strong social skills in dealing with people, you communicate and act empathetically and at eye level

You have a high degree of initiative and reliability and are not afraid to question old ways of thinking and patterns and to rethink them, especially digitally

You have mastered the entire repertoire of agile product management, epics without impact do not make it onto the roadmap for you

You are part of a team of positive, enthusiastic and senior personalities who motivate and inspire others

You act as a strategist and stakeholder manager as required, but above all you help your team pragmatically and quickly to ship deliverables with a tangible outcome

You help shape the future in one of the world's most important industries

» Your profile:

You have at least 5 years of professional experience and are proficient in digital product management for complex web applications and/or mobile apps

You prioritize requirements from all areas of the company, determine user requirements, continuously weigh them against each other and make pragmatic decisions with your team, preferably based on data

You enjoy leading a senior cross-functional team with a steady hand and a lot of mutual trust

You develop product visions, create roadmaps, align the team and stakeholders with a product vision, prioritize features for the product and always fight with the team for the best solution

You have a passion for logistics and perhaps already have some experience in the industry
