Requirements

  • Education: Diploma(Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/CS)
  • Experience : 2-4 years


Job Description:

1. Shortlist onboard and certify Partner or Technician

2. Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations

3. Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic, refresher programs

4. Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs

5. Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians

6. Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes

7. Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction

8. Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections

9. Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM, entries, and software upgrades

10. Train and support extended service points
