About the role

  • Lead the resolution of complex and high-priority IT incidents, acting as the senior escalation point.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for end-user devices (Windows/macOS) and mobile platforms (Apple & Android).
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Design and implement advanced configurations and security policies for end-user environments.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior support staff and lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
