Senior Digital Transformation BSSOSS

We are currently looking for Senior Digital Transformation -BSS/OSS for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in telecom project/programme management with at least 5 years focused on BSS/OSS transformation in the GCC or MENA region.
• Strong knowledge of GCC telecom regulatory environment (e.g. CITC, TDRA, CRA).
• Demonstrated success managing complex multi-vendor system integrations.
• Strong grasp of TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and Open Digital Architecture principles.
• Expertise in managing agile delivery frameworks (e.g. SAFe Scrum) ideally in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (public/hybrid cloud Kubernetes microservices).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills especially in multicultural and matrixed environments.
