The Senior Director, Business Development for TP Philippines will drive strategic growth across domestic market Customer Experience (CX), Finance & Accounting/Global Business Services (F&A/GBS), and IT as a Service (ITaaS) verticals. This executive role requires a highly skilled leader who can identify market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead complex deal negotiations to expand TP Philippines’ portfolio and market share. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise and a proven track record in business development within the BPO, shared services, and technology sectors.
