Senior Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our facility's systems.

• Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for critical systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor.

The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) along with experience in leading small technical teams. A strong background in problem-solving skills is also required.
