Senior Director, Investigations Security & Compliance

Guidepost Solutions is seeking a Senior Director to help lead and grow our Mexico City–based investigations and compliance practice. This role reports directly to the Office Head and is designed for a senior professional who combines strong business development capabilities, deep investigative and risk expertise, and cross‑border leadership experience.

The Senior Director will play a central role in expanding Guidepost’s footprint among U.S. and multinational clients with operations or interests in Mexico and Latin America, as well as Mexican organizations operating internationally. The role involves building new client relationships, deepening existing ones, shaping market‑facing strategy, and leading complex, high‑impact investigative and advisory engagements.
