Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – US and CALA – We are considering applicants from Latin America as long as they are willing to relocate to any of the countries in LATAM where IBEX Operates (NIC, HND, JAM).
The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization's high volume recruiting function across the region, driving strategic initiatives that enable scalable, high-quality, and efficient hiring. This role will oversee regional talent acquisition operations, influence global strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. The Senior Director will be a thought leader and process driver, leveraging technology, data, and innovative practices to optimize recruitment workflows while ensuring consistent standards across diverse geographies.
