FYihealth group is scaling rapidly across Canada and the U.S. We’re seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Technology to lead enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and payroll.

This role focuses on strategic Total Rewards leadership, with HR Technology and Analytics providing strong oversight, governance, prioritization, and alignment—not to manage daily system operations or lead technical implementations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise compensation, benefits, and payroll with a focus on governance, prioritization and enablement for HR Technology & Analytics
