Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Disability Administrator to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up absence management services (AMS) claims within tight deadlines. The incumbent will work closely with AMS Case Managers, Disability Associate Managers, Disability Specialists, SDAs and DAs.
Position Responsibilities
Set up new Absence Management Services (AMS) claims with accurate member information within tight deadlines (within 4 hours)
Follow-up missing information through correspondence
Respond to Case Managers/Clients' inquiries via email
Provide claim updates to Case Managers when necessary
Required Qualifications
At least two (2) years of relevant back-office experience.
Excellent written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in claims processing, data entry, contract management and back-office support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
