Senior Domain Lead

Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities:• As a Sourcing Buyer , will be responsible for one or several of the below responsibilities depending on the scope of work established with a client:• Perform strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, finalizing yearly rate cards. contract, performance, and risk management.• Supplier Selection: Participating in client interactions such as workshops, calls, research etc. to understand the pain points, seek clarifications, present the proposed solution and fine tune the pursuit and finally select suppliers• Work with Category Managers in understanding identifying opportunities and support in operational sourcing projects• Responsible for the negotiation and contract management process as well as project closeout and stakeholder sign off• Perform procurement reporting• To identify opportunities and ensure service delivery to business and business stakeholders in conformance to IT Procurement processes and contracted commitments within the IT spend responsibility (Software, Hardware, IT services and Telecoms).• To provide strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.• Develop and align own work plan, objectives, priorities, and processes within the context of the overall IT supply managementand stakeholder community priorities and strategies.• Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for the cluster spends within the area of responsibility.• Execute the sourcing strategy, including tendering, analysis, selection of and negotiation with suppliers in alignment with Procurement leads, assisting Procurement in crafting and placing legal agreements/contracts and confidentiality agreements, and ensuring that all are conducted according to Unilever's code of business ethics and corporate social responsibility requirements.• Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors.• Develop best procurement practices • Build strong relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements• Proven experience in sourcing and category support for IT & Telecom• Experience working in Contracts/SoW/NDA drafting or reviewing • Proven experience on negotiation and interactive skills with third party suppliers• Experience working in aggregator model or resellers is preferable• Knowledge of IT commodity- Hardware, Software, IT Services and Telecoms will be added advantage• End to end working knowledge of Sourcing process• Proficient in MS Office- MS Excel, word, etc.• An analytical mind with a strategic ability• Excellent communication and people skills• Working knowledge in SAP/Ariba/Coupa/SRS will be preferable Educational Requirements Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Commerce
