You will be part of Siemens Energy Information Technology, working on enterprise-grade software solutions that support business functions across a global organization. Your day will involve translating business and engineering requirements into well-designed, high-quality applications, contributing to architecture and design discussions, and ensuring reliable delivery through testing, support, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, users, and customers, playing a key role in maintaining robust, scalable, and well-documented systems while upholding a strong customer service culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Encompass requirement engineering, detailed analysis, and design activities, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation including both functional and technical specifications is produced and maintained.

Actively participate in application architecture and design processes, upholding best practices and strictly adhering to established design principles.

Perform thorough testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee application reliability and performance.

Provide user support, manage bug fixing, and oversee change management activities, including processing service and change requests and maintaining clear and effective communication with users and customers.

Enforce and promote a high-quality customer service culture across all interactions and deliverables.

What You Bring

Engineering or MCA graduate with 7–9 years of experience in IT.

Multiple years (3+) of experience in software development using .NET Core or higher.

Proven experience with .NET Framework , , MVC / .NET Core MVC, .NET Web APIs, and C#.

Strong knowledge of software design patterns and design principles.

Hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and

Knowledge of RDBMS systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Excellent stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, supported by strong organizational skills.

Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

High responsiveness and keen perception.

Good-to-have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
