We're working with a Series A start-up that's is building AI-powered software that helps insurance organisations automate complex, document-heavy processes across claims, underwriting, and customer operations. The platform combines advanced AI, workflow automation, and enterprise-grade engineering to help insurers move faster, reduce manual effort, and deliver better outcomes at scale.

As the engineering team grows, we're looking for a senior backend developer who enjoys working on complex systems and wants to build modern AI-enabled services in a real-world, regulated environment.
