Job Description
We are currently partnered with a leading European Bulk Shipping group that is in the process of recruiting for a Senior Operator to join their team in Dubai.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for the efficient operations of our own and time chartered vessels in line with internal policies and provide value to internal and external parties.
To be in charge for all operational matters on the assigned vessels Carefully study all terms & conditions of the agreed contracts and taking care that all requirements are being followed and fulfilled Voyage planning (calculating fuel consumption / cargo intake / port rotation / optimal sea route) Preparation of voyage orders for the vessels Sending agency appointments to the designated agents in the various ports Coordinating cargo intake & bunker requirements together with captain of the ship Negotiating and ordering bunkers for our voyages, ...
