We are seeking a Senior D&T Analyst – HR with a strong passion for data and analytics to support advanced HR reporting and analytics initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Workday PRISM Analytics, Workday Reporting, and HR data governance. The analyst will work cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and insight-driven analytics solutions that enable data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR data subject matter expert (SME), providing consultation for integration intake, PRISM analytics, and data-related initiatives
- Design, develop, and manage Workday PRISM solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and pipeline management
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR and Reporting teams) to provide PRISM usage recommendations and best practices
- Lead data requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable Workday PRISM reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Convert functional requirements into clear technical documentation and specifications
- Ensure governance, enforcement, and compliance with HR data security models and classification standards
- Develop complex Workday Calculated Fields and Reports to support PRISM, integrations, and advanced HR analytics needs
- Build and maintain Workday reporting solutions, including Discovery Boards, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday PRISM and external data sources by collaborating with engineers and architects
- Define, document, and communicate timelines, priorities, and dependencies with business stakeholders
- Stay current with Workday PRISM releases, enhancements, and industry best practices
- Manage quality assurance, testing, training, and validation of PRISM data sources
- Establish and maintain governance standards for PRISM data sources, calculated fields, security, and usage
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field preferred
- Minimum experience:
- 3+ years supporting or delivering Workday PRISM Analytics solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
- Preferred experience:
- 5+ years supporting or delivering Workday PRISM Analytics solutions
- 7+ years of advanced Workday Reporting experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes, HR Data Models, Workday Security, and Reporting frameworks
- Proven experience in data modeling, transformation, and ETL processes within Workday PRISM
- Hands-on expertise in complex Workday Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling confidential HR data
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday PRISM Analytics Certification
- Experience leading multiple Workday PRISM implementations or enhancement projects
- Strong experience ingesting, transforming, securing, and governing HR data
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Expert-level proficiency in Calculated Fields, Workday Advanced Reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
Mandatory Requirement
- Strong Workday PRISM reporting experience is mandatory for this role
