We’re seeking an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a stunning 4‑star hotel in Tipperary, celebrated for exceptional guest service and warm, authentic hospitality. This role is ideal for someone with strong Food & Beverage experience who enjoys being hands‑on, leading teams, and ensuring smooth, high‑quality service across the hotel.

The Role

As Senior Duty Manager, you’ll take the lead on F&B service and floor operations, supporting the restaurant, bar, banqueting and events teams throughout your shift. You’ll also assist Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring seamless communication and consistent service across all areas of the hotel.
