Job Description

We are looking for a Senior CRM Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) to support a large‑scale CRM transformation program.

The role focuses on building a modern Customer Engagement platform, replacing legacy systems with a standardized, scalable, and secure Dynamics 365 solution.

The consultant will work fully remote, based in EU and it’s a 6‑month contract plus extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) solutions
  • Configure Dataverse entities, forms, business rules, workflows, dashboards
  • Develop C# / .NET plugins, custom actions, and Dataverse APIs
  • Build and maintain API‑based integrations using Azure services
  • Develop automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Handle data integration and transformations using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
