Own and grow e-commerce performance across website and marketplace platformsManage day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracyOptimise website performance, user experience, and conversion (mobile-first, checkout flow, navigation)Track and analyse key e-commerce KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchaseWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to align campaigns and launchesCoordinate with developers and external partners on site improvements and issue resolutionOversee customer journey from product discovery to fulfilment and post-purchase experience
