Responsibilities




  • Manage the companys e-commerce business to ensure smooth daily operation

  • Collect sales data and conduct periodic market analysis, thus reviewing and improving SOPs to optimize business profits

  • Liaise closely with different parties to enhance communication and operation efficiency

  • Swift responds to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction

  • Ensure smooth and successful delivery for daily orders & express orders

  • Plan and execute the marketing plan seasonally

  • Perform ad-hoc projects



  • Requirements




  • Degree in Business Administration, e-Commerce, or relevant field preferred

  • 3 - 5 years of solid working experience in e-commerce operational management
