Senior eCommerce Content Analyst

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
The eCommerce Content Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that digital content is accurately built, scheduled, and maintained across the company’s eCommerce platforms. This role bridges creative design, front-end implementation, and operational execution to deliver a seamless customer experience.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Content Setup & Scheduling
- Manage scheduling of content assets and page components to align with campaign timelines, seasonal updates, and product launches.
- Upload, configure, and schedule digital content assets within the Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure timely deployment of campaigns, seasonal updates, and product content.
Page Creation & Customization
Build and publish custom landing pages and promotional experiences beyond standard templates, collaborating with product and creative teams. Collaborate with UX and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
