Senior eCommerce Content Analyst

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

The eCommerce Content Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that digital content is accurately built, scheduled, and maintained across the company’s eCommerce platforms. This role bridges creative design, front-end implementation, and operational execution to deliver a seamless customer experience.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Content Setup & Scheduling

• Manage scheduling of content assets and page components to align with campaign timelines, seasonal updates, and product launches.
• Upload, configure, and schedule digital content assets within the Content Management System (CMS).
• Ensure timely deployment of campaigns, seasonal updates, and product content.
