Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Platform Partnership & Campaign Management

  • Act as the main point of contact with TikTok platform teams.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end campaign projects in collaboration with TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and propose actionable strategies.

2. Livestream & Creator/Host Management

  • Train, and manage TikTok hosts/creators to ensure high-quality livestream sessions.
  • Develop content and performance strategies to maximize livestream sales.
  • Monitor and improve livestream KPIs, including GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement.

3. E-commerce Operations

  • Lead day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution.
