Roles Responsibilities:
Develop age-appropriate content and copyedit the books allocated

  • Fact check and correct information in all assigned books
  • Hand over proofs to the typesetter for generating the next proof and finally the CRC, and finalise the assigned books for printing
  • Interact and follow up with internal/external typesetters and illustrators to ensure timely delivery
  • Make illustration briefs and provide description for graphics/illustrations to be used in books allocated
  • Conduct product demos for internal and external customers
  • Key relationships

    · A positive and holistic approach towards understanding and supporting the work-related activities related to editorial process

    · To cooperate and work closely with the concerned people in different departments to ensure synergy and seamless handover of the projects

    Experience: 6 years plus

    Qualification - Graduate/ Post Graduate, preferably a professional degree/diploma in Humanities
