Hiring for Senior Education Counsellor at Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad (Only local candidates)
Work Mode: 5 Days | 10 AM – 7 PM | 2 Rotational Offs
Interview: Walk-in Only
Salary: Up to 7 LPA (Max 30% hike on last salary)

Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate to support and guide students throughout their admission journey. The role involves counselling students, helping them choose the right course, and assisting with the complete admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students over call and help them understand courses and career options.

  • Guide students through inquiries, applications, financial aid, scholarships, and admission deposits.

  • Follow up with students to ensure they complete their enrolment process.

  • Provide basic career guidance using available university resources.

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and meet admission conversion targets.



Requirements

  • Graduate in any field.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer support, telesales, or tele-counselling.

  • Must be comfortable with sales-related tasks.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Only Hyderabad-based candidates eligible.
