What You Will Do

• Break complex full-stack topics into simple, structured lessons
• Script and record clear, engaging instructional videos
• Design examples, walkthroughs, quizzes, and projects that reinforce learning
• Use real scenarios and interview-style thinking to bring context to concepts
• Build revision content that improves retention and understanding
• Keep content aligned with evolving tools and industry expectations
• Use GenAI thoughtfully to brainstorm and refine, while ensuring accuracy
• Review learner feedback and continuously improve

Required Skills and Competence

You should be confident in your understanding of:

• At least one back-end framework such as Node.Js, Django, Spring, or similar
• REST APIs and integrations
• Databases: SQL and preferably one NoSQL system
• Version control (Git) and deployment basics
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to own work end-to-end with attention to detail

Good to have (not mandatory):

• Experience mentoring, training, or explaining concepts to others
• Exposure to MOOCs or learning platforms
• Curiosity about instructional design approaches
• Interest in experimenting responsibly with Generative AI tools
