Job Role: Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Experience Required : 5-12 Years

Location : Baroda, Gujarat

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

• Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for systems and components based on project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
• Should be capable of handling New Product Design & Development activity including Product structuring and Release Process.
• Experience in preparing the technical RFQ packages (SLD, General Arrangement, standard schematics, EBOM).
• Knowledge about selection of electrical equipment as per Hazardous area location.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and knowledge about the electrical calculations as below.
• Earthing calculation.
• Cable tray size.
• Lightening protection calculations.
• lighting calculations, etc.
• Ability to interpret and develop lighting layouts, DB schedule, Power layout, Cable tray layouts, lightning protection layouts, panel arrangement drawings (layout drawings), three-line drawings, wiring diagrams and nameplate schedule.
• Familiar with IEEE-ANSI/NEC/UL/NEMA standards for Electrical system.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to specify and procure electrical components, equipment, and materials.

Earthing calculation. Cable tray size. Lightning protection calculations.
