Job Description
- Lead and manage electrical O&M activities ensuring zero downtime of critical equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM and statutory requirements
- Handle HV, MV & LV systems including Motors, Switchgears, Generators, Transformers, UPS, DG sets, HVAC, CP & Communication systems
- Review and update Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Monitor power consumption and optimize energy efficiency
- Coordinate with State Electricity Board, Electrical Inspector & DGMS
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety practices, and documentation (JSA, HAZOP, PTW, SOP, etc.)
- Manage spares inventory, vendor relationships, and SAP-based procurement
- Lead, guide, and train the electrical team
