Job Description

  • Lead and manage electrical O&M activities ensuring zero downtime of critical equipment
  • Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM and statutory requirements
  • Handle HV, MV & LV systems including Motors, Switchgears, Generators, Transformers, UPS, DG sets, HVAC, CP & Communication systems
  • Review and update Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
  • Monitor power consumption and optimize energy efficiency
  • Coordinate with State Electricity Board, Electrical Inspector & DGMS
  • Ensure statutory compliance, safety practices, and documentation (JSA, HAZOP, PTW, SOP, etc.)
  • Manage spares inventory, vendor relationships, and SAP-based procurement
  • Lead, guide, and train the electrical team
