The Electrical Engineer IV serves as the discipline lead at the project level, overseeing electrical design and managing budgets for projects ranging from simple to highly complex. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical documentation development and field implementation across all project phases.

The Electrical Engineer IV is responsible for:

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Managing multiple priorities and complex tasks.
  • Directing and mentoring electrical design and engineering staff (Entry-Level through Senior).
  • Ensuring workflows align with client expectations and project goals.

    • The Electrical Engineer IV may work independently or under the direction of a Project Manager and plays a key role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions.
