The Opportunity
Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you’ll take technical ownership of electrical design and delivery across a range of exciting client projects, shaping reliable, safe and innovative engineering outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality electrical engineering design and documentation
  • Contribute technical guidance to project teams and site personnel
  • Plan, execute and support project delivery through all phases
  • Solve complex engineering challenges using modern and practical solutions
  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, safety requirements and best practice

About You

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
  • 8+ years’ experience in mining/resources or heavy industry
  • Strong capability in LV power system, protection, grounding, MCC’s and substation design
  • Exposure to PLC/SCADA systems and industrial/substation communications
  • Experience with installation and maintenance in mining or similar operational settings
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Proficient in project engineering delivery 
  • Procurement and Vendor package technical review and interface
  • Eligible to work in Australia
