Worksite Location: On-site in Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: $120k – $125k, Profit sharing bonus is also part of total compensation, which is estimated at 10%.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze blueprints to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Perform system take-offs using Accubid Anywhere and LiveCount.
  • Collect and organize data to support project estimates.
  • Utilize Bluebeam software for the layout of electrical systems.
  • Build and maintain project estimates in Microsoft Excel/Accubid Anywhere.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding equipment and fixture selection.
  • Coordinate with trade partners to address project needs (e.g., excavation, low voltage, fire alarm, etc.).
