THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer (Hardware & Firmware) to join Harding Technologies based in Edmonton, Alberta. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Senior Embedded Systems Engineer will work hands‑on across embedded hardware design and supporting firmware, contributing to the development of reliable, safety‑critical products used in fire and security systems.

The Senior Embedded Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and integrate embedded solutions, from schematics and PCB design through to validation, test automation, and system integration, while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards (UL, NFPA, ULC, CE).
