Overview
This is a rare opportunity for a senior ER professional who enjoys operating in complex environments and partnering closely with leaders to manage risk, investigations, and sensitive workplace matters. You will play a key role in delivering practical, compliant, and commercially balanced employee relations advice, while contributing to enterprise-wide ER/IR capability and frameworks.
The Role
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will manage complex and high-risk employee and industrial relations matters across a diverse workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Managing complex ER/IR cases and investigations
- Providing expert advice on legislation, awards, and agreements
- Partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners on sensitive matters
