Responsibilities
Lead and conduct work environment investigations for a region and segment of FortiveOperating Companies, in a timely, thorough, and objective manner. Prepare and deliver investigation reports, recommendations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders. Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Develop and implement employee relations processes, programs and policies to foster a positive and respectful work culture. Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams, people leaders andemployees on performance management, conflict resolution, feedback, and other positive employee relations topics.
